Shipping FAQ Can you ship to a PO Box? I have my tracking number. How
do I use it?
At HawaiianShavedIce.com we try to give you a variety of shipping choices while keeping your costs to a minimum. We offer the following services through UPS; Ground Next Day Air 2nd Day Air 3 Day Select US Priority Mail - shipments to APO/FPO, HI, AK, PR US Airmail Parcel - shipments to Canada Orders received Monday through Friday by 1 PM Eastern time will usually ship the same day. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 1 PM Eastern will usually ship the next business day. Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take from 2 to 7 business days for transit. Please note that UPS does not count the date of shipment as a transit day. For example, if your order is shipped on Wednesday, the first transit day is Thursday, not Wednesday. In addition, transit days do not include Saturday or Sunday, as well as major holidays. Major Holidays generally include, but are not limited to, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Orders shipped via 3 Day Select will take 3 business days from date of shipment. Examples: A 3 Day Select Package shipped on Tuesday will arrive on Friday. A 3 Day Select Package shipped on Friday will arrive on Wednesday of the following week. Orders shipped via 2 Day Air will take 2 business days from date of shipment. Examples: A 2nd Day Air Package shipped on Tuesday will arrive on Thursday. A 2nd Day Air Package shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday of the following week. Orders shipped via Next Day Air will take 1 business day from the date of shipment. Examples: A Next Day Air Package shipped on Tuesday will arrive on Wednesday. A Next Day Air Package shipping on Friday will arrive on Monday of the next week. Orders shipped via US Priority Mail will take 2 to 4 days however the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service. Canadian orders ship via US Airmail Parcel Post to Canada will take from 5 to 10 business days however the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.
How long will my order take to arrive to my destination?
Orders shipped via UPS Ground will take from 2 to 7 business days for transit. Orders shipped via 3 Day Select will take 3 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped via 2 Day Air will take 2 business days from date of shipment. Orders shipped via Next Day Air will take 1 business day from the date of shipment.
Orders shipped via US Priority Mail will take 2 to 4 days however the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.
Almost all orders will ship from our warehouse in North Carolina. Occasionally, we may have to drop ship certain items from various locations throughout the country.
Like most catalog and internet retailers, HawaiianShavedIce.com charges for shipping. Due to the nature of our items, the shipping and handling cost is based on weight. Once you place your order, our online software will automatically calculate your exact shipping charges based upon your address and the weight of the items you purchased. However our website cannot calculate shipping charges for items over 150 lbs. For these heavier shipments, we will calculate the shipping charges and add the charges to your invoice.

At this time we only ship to the entire United States and Canada. We can also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and FPO/APO address. If international shipment is needed please email us at CustomerCare@HawaiianShavedIce.com.
When you place an order with 1-800-Shaved-Ice.com we automatically send you an order confirmation via email. The email includes the all pertinent information such date of order, products ordered, shipping address, mailing address and total cost including shipping and any applicable taxes. In addition, we include a link (at the top of the email) where you can view you order status any time. This link will carry you to your original order form. From there you can check to see if you products have been shipped and if so, get the UPS Tracking number for your shipment.
If the link in your email does not work, you can visit the UPS website at www.UPS.com or call 1-800-742-5877. You will need your UPS tracking number found in your email when you call. The tracking number will start with "1Z2089AR _ _ _ _ _"
