Like most internet retailers, Hawaiian Shaved Ice charges for shipping. The shipping charge is based on the package(s) weight, dimensions and the location destination. Once an order is placed, our online software will automatically calculate exact shipping charges based upon the address provided and the weight/dimensions of the item(s) purchased. Upon delivery, a signature may be required for orders over $500 or under the discretion of the delivery person.
We offer a variety of shipping choices - keeping costs as low as possible. Orders received Monday through Friday by 2:00 p.m. EST will usually ship the same day. Orders received on weekends, holidays or after 2:00 p.m. EST will usually ship the next business day.
We offer the following delivery services:
Allow 3-7 business days for transit using Ground service. The initial date of shipment is not considered a transit day. For example, if an order is packaged and shipped on Wednesday, the first transit day is Thursday. In addition, transit days do not include Saturday, Sunday or any major holidays.3-Day Select
Orders shipped via 3-Day Select will take 3 business days from date of shipment.
For example, if an order is packaged and shipped on Tuesday, it will arrive on Friday. Packages shipped on Friday will arrive on Wednesday of the following week.
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Air will take 2 business days from date of shipment.
For example, a 2nd Day Air package shipped on Tuesday will arrive on Thursday. A 2nd Day Air package shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday of the following week.
Orders shipped via Next-Day Air will take 1 business day from the date of shipment.
Examples: A Next-Day Air package shipped on Tuesday will arrive on Wednesday. A Next-Day Air package shipping on Friday will arrive on Monday of the next week.
Orders shipped via US Priority Mail usually take 2 to 4 days, however, the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.Priority Mail International
Canadian orders shipped via Priority Mail International will take from 5 to 10 business days, however, the transit time is not guaranteed by the US Postal Service.
