All it takes is a little bit of zing! This non-alcoholic, icy treat is perfectly safe and truly fun for the whole family. You don’t need to be a professional bartender or an expert at mixing drinks to be able to produce this delicious drink. You’ll feel just like you’re back at the drugstore soda fountain!
Fruity Fountain Fizz
Tools Needed:
- 1 mixing glass
- 12 oz. serving glass
- Shaved ice machine
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. of Shaved ice
- 1.5 -2 oz. of your choice of fruit flavored shaved ice and snow cone syrup
- 1 Lemon
- Sprite soft drink
Method:
- Step 1: Using your shaved ice machine, prepare 3 oz. of shaved ice
- Step 2: In a mixing glass, put shaved ice, fruit flavored shaved ice and snow cone syrup, and juice of half the lemon, and stir well.
- Step 3: Shake and strain into serving glass
- Step 4 In short spurts, fill glass with Sprite soda for the fizz
- Step 5: Serve with spoon straws, and enjoy
