Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Pineapple flavored Hawaiian Shaved Ice® syrup
  • 2 oz. tequila
  • 1 oz. triple sec
  • 1 oz. fresh lime juice
  • 2 slices of fresh pineapple
  • 1-2 slices of jalapeño (adjust to desired spice level)
  • Salt or chili powder for rimming the glass
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

Prepare the glass
  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass to moisten it.
  • Dip the rim of the glass into salt or chili powder to coat it.

Muddle Pineapple and Jalapeño

  • In a shaker, muddle one slice of fresh pineapple and 1-2 slices of jalapeño (adjust based on your spice preference).

Add Ice and Ingredients - shake well

  • Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup. Shake well

Strain Into Glass

  • Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

Garnish

  • Garnish the cocktail with a slice of fresh pineapple on the rim or as a decorative element.

  • Your Spicy Pineapple Margarita is ready to be enjoyed! Cheers!
