Ingredients

12 oz. of Shaved Ice

5 oz. of Black Cherry Snow Cone Syrup

1 oz. of Chocolate Syrup

1-2 oz. of Sweetened Condensed Milk

Whipped Cream

Instructions

Start-off by shaving 12 ounces of ice into your preferred container. Using a dome shaper or a gloved hand, form a dome shape on top of the ice. Begin pouring black cherry flavored syrup around the edges and on top. Next, drizzle 1 or 2 ounces of sweetened condensed milk in straight lines across the top. Finish by topping with a dollop of whipped cream and an ounce of chocolate syrup to garnish. Serve with a spoon or spoon-straw.
