Cotton Candy Champagne Cocktail
Tools Needed:
- Champagne flutes
- Cotton candy machine
Ingredients:
- Freshly made cotton candy
- Champagne or Sparkling wine
- St. Germain liquer
Directions:
- Step 1: Using your cotton candy machine, prepare a small batch of the cotton candy of your choice, based on how many glasses you are preparing.
- Step 2: Place a little bit of cotton candy inside each champagne glass.
- Step 3: Add a splash of St. Germain liqueur.
- Step 4: Fill to the top with champagne or sparkling wine.
NOTE that when you pour the champagne over the cotton candy, it will melt away. Alternately, you can add the cotton candy later if you want it to remain fluffy in the glass. There are many different versions of this cocktail recipe, and for a kid-friendly version, you can substitute the alcohol with Sprite or sparkling water. For a bit of variety, you can experiment with different cotton candy flavors.
