Return Policy

HawaiianShavedIce.com will gladly accept returns according to the return policy below.

If your order was damaged in transit, please contact Customer Care as soon as you receive your shipment. We will conduct an investigation with UPS and reship your damaged item(s).

All products may be returned within 30 Days. The Customer must obtain a return authorization number or provide a copy of the original invoice with the return. The Customer is responsible for original and return shipping costs. Items returned after 30 calendar days from the date of purchase will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returned orders valued over $150.00 will incur a 20% restocking fee. When the return has been received, the Customer will be refunded the original purchase price and applicable sales tax, less shipping and applicable restocking costs.
