4 oz. of Strawberry Flavored Syrup

1-1.5 oz of evaporated milk

Dip a scoop of strawberry ice cream into your preferred container. Shave ice on top of the ice cream. Pour Strawberry syrup atop the ice and drizzle with evaporated milk.
